Owners of our previous generation product:

• If you purchased one of The Neon Fan Company's neon ceiling fans during the years of 2019 to 2023 (Quorum Prizzm based model), please click here to Contact Us for warranty service or spare parts inquiries.  Please have your order number, fan serial number, and/or original contact info ready when you call so we can confirm your eligibility for warranty coverage.

• If you purchased your neon ceiling fan prior to the year 2019, or if you did not purchase it from the Neon Fan Company, we did not make or sell your product.  It is from a different company.  We can probably help you figure out which company, in case you are still eligible for warranty coverage through that company.
• The Neon Fan Company does not provide warranty service on products which are neither purchased from us nor manufactured by us.

Owners of vintage neon ceiling fans:

• If you have a 1980s, 1990s, or early 2000s era neon ceiling fan in need of parts or repair, please note that we did not manufacture or sell your product.  We have only been in business since 2019.
• We stock a LIMITED amount of repair parts for vintage neon ceiling fans such as the King of Fans Neon Illusions and Quorum Neon Prizzm.  Contact Us with your needs.
• We can fix your broken neon!  If your fan's neon no longer lights, we have replacement neon tubes and power supplies available to fix your fan.  Professional installation at our shop only.  Pricing starts at $60 plus shipping both ways.  Contact Us to get started.
• We can change your fan's neon color!  We will produce a custom one-off neon tube to fit your fan, in any of our neon colorways.  Professional installation at our shop only.  Pricing starts at $150 plus shipping both ways.  Contact Us to get started.
• Add our universal 4-speed remote control kit to your fan!  Converts your 3-speed fan to 4-speeds, and gives you the convenience of operating the fan and neon without getting up.  Please Note: Neon is not dimmable.  Adding this remote kit to your fan will not make your neon dimmable.
